Nothing contained on this Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Lightspann or such third party that may own other trademarks displayed on the Site. The absence of a product or service name or logo anywhere in the text of this Site does not constitute a waiver of any trademark or other intellectual property rights concerning that name or logo.

Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe in good faith that your copyrighted work has been reproduced on or linked from the Site without authorization in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Lightspann designated copyright agent with the following information: - identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Site that is requested to be removed;
- your name, address and daytime telephone number, and an e-mail address if available, so that Lightspann may contact you if necessary;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the signatory is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright right that is allegedly infringed; and
- an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized on the owner's behalf to assert infringement of copyright and to submit the statement.

One Year Limited Warranty
Lightspann warrants to the original owner that the product will be free of defects in material or workmanship for the period of one year from the date of original purchase from Lightspann. For more information please see complete warranty language.

Lightspann, Inc. (Lightspann) warrants the original owner that this product will be free of defects in material or workmanship for the period of one year from the date of original purchase from Lightspann, if
1. the allegedly defective product has not been abused, misused or improperly maintained and or repaired during the warranty period,
2. the defect is not caused by water damage / flooding, fire, explosion, earthquakes or similar phenomenon, and
3. the defect is not caused by improper installation (unless installed by Lightspann.)

In order to obtain warranty service, the user must first complete a warranty claims form. Lightspann will determine if the product will be inspected on site or returned to Lightspann. If after the inspection Lightspann finds that the product is defective as claimed, Lightspann will, at its option, repair or replace the product free of charge, or Lightspann may in its sole discretion, refund the purchase price. Lightspann warrants any replaced or repaired products for ninety days after shipment or through the end of the original warranty period, whichever is longer. All products or parts that are replaced become the property of Lightspann. No representative or employee of Lightspann is authorized to make any modification or addition to this limited warranty.

To the full extent allowed by law, the foregoing warranty and remedies are exclusive, and Lightspann expressly disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the full extent allowed by law, Lightspann excludes and disclaims liability, whether based in contract or tort (including negligence for any consequential, indirect incidental or special damages of any nature arising out of the sale installation, maintenance, use or failure of this product, even if Lightspann has been advised of the possibility of such damages in advance, and Lightspann limits its liability to replacement, repair or refund of the purchase price paid, at Lightspanns option.)

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation on implied warranty and incidental or consequential damages may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
